Upon your arrival on the island, our Views Lanka representative will extend a warm welcome and ensure your comfortable transfer via car or van with an experienced chauffeur guide for the duration of your tour. As per the itinerary, your first destination is Wilpattu, located approximately 125 km away from the airport, resulting in a scenic two and a half hour journey.
Your culinary journey begins with your first lunch in Sri Lanka at the Leopard Restaurant, situated at Wilpattu junction. Following lunch, around 2:00 PM, you'll commence your safari adventure at the renowned Wilpattu National Park. Spanning an impressive 1,317 square kilometers, Wilpattu is celebrated as the largest and one of the oldest national parks in Sri Lanka. Its distinctive feature lies in the presence of natural lakes known as "Willus," providing a habitat for diverse wildlife.
